15 minutes from install to a leaner theme

No technical setup. No agency engagement. ThemeSweep authenticates with your Shopify store, scans your published theme, and tells you exactly what's safe to remove.

Step 1 — Install (60 seconds)

Connect your Shopify store. ThemeSweep requests read access to themes (no order or customer data). You can revoke access in one click any time.

Step 2 — Scan (3-5 minutes)

We pull your published theme files and run them through our dead-code detector. The scanner cross-references your active app list with our signature database to flag which blocks belong to apps that aren't installed any more.

Output: a list of dead blocks, asset weight per block, and a confidence score for each. We err on the side of "leave it" — anything we're not 100% sure about gets flagged for manual review, not auto-removed.

Step 3 — Cleanup (10 minutes)

For each flagged block, you choose: remove, keep, or "ignore for now". We duplicate your theme before any change so you can restore in one click.

After cleanup: a Lighthouse audit shows the speed improvement. We also log every change so you can review and roll back individual edits.
